Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
